Hello. I’m David Whitfield. I represent Outsoar Ltd which is designed to help people and organisations communicate with each other through technology – which they probably already own!

Why? Well, in my experience, most 'problems' between people and within and between organisations can be traced back to poor communication of one form or another - if only we could fix this we would see only a fraction of the difficulties which exist in the world today.

Thankfully there is a lot of work being carried out in this area by many excellent people and much progress has been made in educating, training and developing people to better understand and communicate with each other.

Today however communicating via technology of one kind or another rather than face to face is becoming the norm and the more links there are in the communication chain, the greater the possibility for miscommunication.
