What would you like to know? I started out as a development engineer in communications electronics and moved on to sales, marketing, management and leadership within various UK, German and US owned electronics companies. I have lived, worked and travelled extensively in Europe, Asia and America.

I’ve 25 years’ experience working in corporate environments, with over 15 years leading and studying people and their interactions. I’m a High Performance Coach, MBTI qualified and a Licensed Master Business Practitioner of NLP.

People say I’ve an ability to get to the heart of the matter quickly and without fuss. I’m good at seeing the big picture and can apparently connect with individuals and groups of different kinds, at all levels.

I’ve a love of life, and enjoy its diversity. Everything from flora and fauna to education and engineering gives me a buzz and engages my mind. Above all, I like to evolve and grow as a person – and help others to do the same. When I’m not building Outsoar, I’m an executive coach and run leadership and team development courses with Training in Action and Axis Consulting.
